Perfect fit and easy to assemble
The bearing fits perfectly and is easy to install; simply screw it into the freestanding bearing block using the threaded rod, nuts, and bearing-sized pressure plates.
I chose the plastic version primarily for easier disassembly later.

Everything's running smoothly!
The shaft runs smoothly and the cone matches the drawing. I was even able to install it at its original length! But that was pure chance.
