Antenna does what it should
The antenna is mounted on the masthead as a second VHF antenna for the AIS (it was previously mounted on a solar panel support).
The range gain is significant, but this is likely due to the mounting height.
The antenna, however, is working as expected.

Cooling system cleaning
After the previous owner neglected some of the cleaning, we rinsed the internal cooling circuit twice with this cleaner. A rather black liquid came out. Then we rinsed twice with distilled water. The final rinse was almost clear. It seems to have paid off; the workmanship was as described. I won't know whether the cleaning has the desired effect until after my summer trip.
