The seal between the macerator and the electric motor is apparently poorly designed by Johnson, and this part of the Johnson toilet needs to be replaced every few years. It's costly and annoying. It's good, however, that SVB has it in its product range and, with its usual fast and excellent service, also provides the necessary replacement.
