Hey Wolfgang, there are two screws—one at the top of the tensioner and one at the bottom of the alternator’s pivot point—SW12 and 14 on mine. If the lock nut still won’t come loose even after using Caramba or similar products, try heating it in specific spots—for example, with a jet lighter or a small gas soldering iron—or, if necessary, use a GOOD nut splitter.

The MD2030-B comes equipped with an original Hitachi S114-381 starter. It can be replaced with a smaller Bosch 1005 821 995 or an SVB starter with a planetary gearset.

The relays for the starter and preheating are identical. You can swap them out to see if that's the problem. Here's a picture with the part numbers. The current part number is Bosch 0 986 332 401—starting at €6.00 at auto parts stores.
