Hi everyone, I had a problem—the engine wouldn't start. I tested the fuel injectors, replaced the starter motor, and checked everything. I even removed the engine, etc. The cause: the exhaust manifold was clogged with soot. Short-distance driving issue—the engine would start, but after 20 minutes, the RPMs would spike and the engine would shut off. That’s a pain. I figured it out because when I tried to start the engine, it created backflow into the air filter and black smoke came out. Small cause, big effect.
