Hi, I know that the seals give up at some point. My tip: Stick self-adhesive EPDM sealing tape onto the old seal. This is available in all widths.

Hi Jarmo, I lost my folding propeller in August '25. I've had a fixed 3-blade propeller ever since. I can't see any significant difference, apart from the price. Of course, the propeller runs at idle speed when sailing, so you have to engage a gear. Under engine I feel that I sail a little faster at the same speed than with the folding propeller. I sail a 36/2 from 2002 with a VP MD 2030 D.
