The old pump of the same type was defective and needed to be replaced quickly. SVB delivered promptly. The new pump was installed, and it was already leaking after just one day.
I'm not used to this kind of behavior from SVB, so I filed a complaint with customer service. Only after a phone inquiry did they respond. It would have been just bad luck and a "Monday-old" device. I would receive a replacement after returning it and having it inspected.
A somewhat disappointing statement...
