Hi, that's what I thought. It's a stupid construction from Comfortina. I once planned to replace the seventies under the flushing end and failed. The risk of damaging the expensive seawater cooler unit was too high for me. I will try to dismantle the part on the workbench and then reuse the old branch somehow. Alternatively, rebuild it with trudesign manifolds. Or is that not possible in terms of space?

Hello, I have the same plans and haven't really got any further yet. In my opinion, it is not possible to twist off the black branch pipe. There is not enough space. I suspect that the valves were installed before the cabinet was fitted. I plan to carefully drill out the through-hull passage from the outside with a step drill. Then, after loosening the hoses, the entire unit can be removed and dismantled in the workbench. I then plan to replace the whole thing with plastic valves. It's a fiddly job, but I think it will be worth it in the end. Perhaps someone already has experience? Greetings Dirk
