Bad service
I have ordered a lot of products from SVB during last few years.
This time SVB failed in service. I asked (via online form) about the incorrect product. SVB sent new product but delivery address was incorrect. I noticed the incorrect address immediately and contacted SVB via e-mail, WhatsApp and phone (one hour after info, before the product was sent). SVB customer service only replied my call and promised to fix the delivery address immediately. Next day I checked the order status, but address was still incorret. I informed SVB sevaral times (4 e-mail, 2 calls) by product was delivered to incorrect address (wrong country). Finally I had to pay delivery to incorrect contry and resending to correct address. I have not tested the product itself yet.
