This has happened to me twice now with this product!!! This time, the core of the pods is already visible after only two months! The product should be removed from the catalog immediately, as SVB obviously doesn't offer any warranty for this damage!? I certainly won't be buying it again! Where can I insert a photo?

The mechanical screw connection (plastic) is so thin that it breaks after a while. Then the seal is no longer intact. On my boat, the bilge is very low, and I frequently need to access that area. Furthermore, screwing the mounting bracket into my rigid hull was difficult (but this will likely affect other products as well). After purchasing it twice (each time lasting approximately 3 years), I've now opted for a different model. The product is probably fine if there's absolutely no mechanical stress (impacts).
