Dear, if this only happens when the motor (i.e., propeller) is running, it may indicate turbulence around the rudder caused by the propeller. The propeller blades may be out of balance or simply dirty. If there are barnacles on the rudder, this can cause rudder vibration. Another similar cause is growth on the rudder itself, which will result in the same vibrations, most noticeably when the propeller is directly in front of it.

Schloss für Durchgangstür DIN rechts
Needed to replace but quality of this part is not very good.
In the last year we had 2 locks broken for the same reason. A poor spring-quality inside the lock breaks way to fast. As a result the whole lock needs replacement which feels not ok because it was just a spring... I tried to repair but this part is not designed for repairing. I searched for an alternative but no luck so far.
