I thought the allen screw were stoppets only? The have a purpose of taking out clearance?

I have a Etap 30i, and the previous owner moved to a fixed 2 blade propeller. I still have the original folding prop. I guess with a 2 blade propeller you will always have a some degree of vibration, especially with the heavy long extruding folding prop. A 3 blade fixed propeller should give better engine and vibration performance, but will sacrifice on sailing performance a bit.
