We installed this horn to replace the original one because the old one stopped working. Unfortunately, it's so quiet that other boats and SUPs practically can't hear it.

We've used this filter for the second time. It lasts maybe 4-5 months and then it's completely corroded from the inside out. You can tell because it starts to smell slightly. The first time, I thought, well, that can happen, but for the rather high price, the filter simply doesn't last long enough. Plus, you end up with bits of debris in the engine compartment because the filter really disintegrates. I've now inserted a connector between the hoses, and the air goes directly out. So far, I haven't noticed any disadvantages to the direct venting.

We have a pleasure boat and exclusively refuel with canisters. Like most pleasure boaters, especially since there aren't any boat fueling stations on the entire Neckar River, for example. I installed the whistle and discovered during the first fill-up that, unfortunately, you can't hear anything. Except, of course, for the gurgling of the incoming gasoline. Before installing it, I tested it by blowing into it. It generally works. Unfortunately, it's not suitable.
