We have several of these tensioning straps with stainless steel ratchets on board and in use. Tensioning straps with ratchets made of other materials are a waste of money, as they rust completely after a short time.

Unfortunately not UV resistant
Unfortunately, the ball fenders aren't UV-resistant and fade after just a few months. However, this also applies to the alternative suppliers I know. Despite the fading, their functionality remains intact.
