Once the cleat is finally mounted, it does what it's supposed to.
The assembly is a disaster. This flimsy mounting plate, which the screw is supposed to press against, falls through easily, and you have to start all over again. It's completely unnecessary to design it this way. Once it's finally tight, though, it's a good cleat.
