I want to be clear - this isn't SVBs fault, but Lewmar really let me down here. The first unit I received had not one, but two loose magnets that should have been holding the slider together. I returned it and got a replacement - only to find the same issue again, with two different magnets this time. This clearly points to a problem with Lewmars quality control. It's frustrating how much time Ive wasted traveling to the boat, unpacking, trying to fix the issue, repacking, shipping it back, emailing back and forth - twice. In the end, I gained nothing but the disappointing realization that Lewmars quality isnt what I expected. Really unbelievable.
