However, the installation wasn't great and I had trouble getting it to seal properly. I wish the mixing valve came pre-assembled, like with other manufacturers.

Flexible assembly
I bought the boiler because of its high performance and flexible installation options. The sliding rings were the most important criterion for me. This allowed me to attach the boiler to the existing threaded bolts. I found it a disadvantage that the thermostatic mixing valve wasn't pre-installed and could only be purchased and installed separately. Getting it to seal properly took some time...
