Produkt mit Qualitätsmängeln, SVB Service Top
Hintergrund Die Pumpe war nach ca. 1 Jahr im Einsatz defekt. Die Verschraubungen der Flansche waren gerissen und die Pumpe war massiv undicht.
Ursache Materialversprödung und zu stramm sitzende Schrauben in den Flanschen der Schlauchanschlüsse. Die Schlauchadapterplatte habe ich mit Maschinenschrauben angeflanscht und die Bohrungen sind jetzt spannungfrei.
Das alte RM 69 war fast 40 Jahre im Einsatz und arbeitete tadellos. Deutlich bessere Materialqualität und Verarbeitung damals.

Super Service durch SVB. Ersatzpumpe war innerhalb 3 Tagen in Sizilien und zwar auf Kulanz.

Plastic scrap that breaks regularly!
Stainless steel screws end in a hard plastic thread. How is that supposed to hold up permanently with large temperature differences? The piston housing consists of two halves. How is that supposed to withstand thousands of pumping movements? The selector lever "Flash" to "Dry" is also plastic, "great" for many movements in salt water. But what should you do when you have an RM69 on board. You have no choice and have to buy this plastic junk again and again.
