69 - Hand Pump

Upon delivery, I had to realize that the pump is described as "complete" in the shop, but is delivered without a seal (connection seal). Couldn't be recognized beforehand because the connection seal is declared as a "replacement seal" in the shop. So send off the 2nd order. I expressed my anger about it in the comment field of the order, but ... you can't leave a reaction. Quite apart from the fact that a proud price of €15.95 is called for a rubber seal, a shipping flat rate of €6.95 each is also requested twice. The complete pump, which is now made entirely of plastic, cost me a whopping €124.80. (31% above the list price!!!) Dear SVB buyers, have you ever been sold a garden hose without connection seals in your private life??? or how do you imagine the assembly???
I can't say anything about the product itself as it hasn't been installed yet.

My experience After approx. 12 years of service life, the pump body made of a material similar to polystyrene was post-hardened and shrunk in the process. The tensioned holes in the fastening screws of all components are torn to a greater or lesser extent. The pump was leaking and could no longer be repaired. My assessment This pump is made of inferior material. The original pump of the RM 69 lasted 37 years.

Big disappointment in seeing the small size of the bowl that is below traditional standards. No indications of dimensions on the site, no details on the connections of water connections so big surprise and work to have to adapt. The water intake is right in the way of the screws fixing the bezel so tedious manipulation to install a telescope! verdict, inadequate toilet and change!
