Replacement for older ad from 2010
The display works. The existing hole needs to be slightly enlarged, and the rear connectors need to be relocated. I removed the old connectors and screwed them onto the new display. This way, the existing cables fit the device again.

Inaccurate
The ad is slightly larger than the original. Therefore, the bracket must first be widened. The electrical connections can be adopted after modification.
However, no adjusting screw or similar can be found, so that calibration cannot be carried out. In my display, this leads to the fact that up to 12 emptied tank is continuously displayed as full. I didn't want to take the risk of how exactly the ad is empty until now.

I have an old-style 5-wire ROAD sending unit on my 2016 Bavaria 37. If I replace the old 5-wire sensor with the new 3-wire version (SVB #21388) do I also need to also replace the display gauge (SVB #20529)?

I have installed this product to replace an old one that did not function. The new gauge displays the tank 3/4 full when it is 1/4 full, full when it is 1/2 full, and beyond full when it is full. I cannot find any calibration screw or method. How can I calibrate? #calibration #fuel sensor #20529#
