Expensive but good
The product is relatively expensive for the fact that there are only 5 extended wires. It does what it's supposed to. However, the express delivery from SVB worked extremely well. Thanks

Water passes between the threads and the surrounding resin
Not very satisfied. The sensor shows the water level well but it leaks between the 5 wires and the resin of the body which should guarantee the seal. Bought in February 2024 and installed in July immediately showing the problem above

Is the plastic nut available separately? Ours has cracked and we need a replacement nut - the sensor itself is fine. Thanks :)

Figured it out - it's a PG29 (Panzergewinde) nut, 37mm diameter.
