Exactly the replacement I was looking for Being identical to the original mounted on the Bavaria 34 J&J, it was easy to replace the broken piece (flange on which the control cable lock plug fits). Obviously the other pieces included in the package are an extra cost but the sales policy of the entire command group is understandable

Question for anybody that has bought the Mounting Kit for stainless steel Gearshift #20230# I have a Bavaria 44' 2002 and need to replace some of the plastic parts but mine do not look exactly identical to those in the kit - the stainless steel covers on mine where the 2 holes are located are complete and in the kit the one hole is "cut off" - it is a bit shorter. Also the same with the plastic part that holds the cable and horseshoe - it is also a bit shorter than mine. I am almost sure it will work but done want to but the kit and then find out that it does not fit on our existing gearshift. Hope somebody can share some knowledge on this and thank you in advance.
