Good product with slight optical limitations
The function with two strong 2.5 A USB ports is great. However, I think the optics failed. Since I have the adapter but integrated into a cabinet, it does not bother. If the adapter should come in the field of view, look at the picture exactly!

Only 0.4 A power, cheap workmanship
The jack delivers despite a proud price insufficient performance. My electrician measured only 0.4 A on one channel. That fulfills neither the technical data nor can one reasonably charge a smartphone or even a tablet. I have chosen this product because I especially the given 2x2,5 A appeared very important. A much too high price with cheap processing.

can I replace an Intergro flow cigarette lighter socket with an Integro flow double usb socket (is the cutout the same?) I need the knob only for the INTEGRO FLOW Dimmer switch Model no.: 0928762524 can I purchase knobs only?

Yes, the cutout is the same. The double USB requires less installation depth compared with the cigarette lighter. BERKER offers no spare parts for single itmes, eg. a knob for a dimmer. Unfortunately we can't help here.
