The high-quality BUNGY snubbers are the perfect way to protect your boat from rough bumps and vibrations. Made from durable, weatherproof rubber, suitable for mooring lines with a diameter of up to 20 mm. The high-quality rubber material does not discolour your rope and retains its original colour, shape and quality. Ideal for mainsheets and mooring lines, but also for anchor and buoy lines.
Easy to use, an open end is not required - fit by passing the line through the loop and snap the crossbar in place to secure it. BUNGY's minimal stretch properties make docking and jibing particularly safe and gentle.
The compensators can withstand a tensile load of over 2,100 kg.
dampens and is very easy to assemble or disassemble
We have this part for lines that were rattling on the mast. This tensions the mast enough to keep it steady. The workmanship and material make a good impression. I can't comment on its lifespan yet.
This is by far the best mooring compensator on the market. I have used Bungy for almost 15 years on my 40 foot sailboat. I have 6 bungy on each of my 4 mooring and anchor lines. The boat lies silky smooth and soft in the harbor like a baby in its cradle no matter how windy it is and I don't hear any squeaking sounds. I just bought an extra Bungy for use on my topping lift because I heard from a friend that Bungy removed the annoying guitar strumming vibrations when the boat is anchored.
I didn't think it could do it - but it works great. I even use it with 2 lines in a loop on the jetty. With the small boat, one bungee per line (pair) is enough. It's on and off in a flash. Small problem - it doesn't float. Wow!

The reviews don't lie this is the BEST of the best
Installed 42 of these bungys on 7 mooring lines (6 pcs per line) on my 48 foot catamaran (17 tons). It is extremely fast and simple to install them compared to other shock absorbers or stainless steel springs & chains like I used to have. All mooring lines can stay in place; you just need to slack them one by one while you install the bungys. I went for 6 pcs per line (following manufacturer's recommendation), however, after seen their stretch and built quality, I think 4 or 5 would probably been enough. Better safe than sorry, they are so cheap (compared to other systems) that I prefer to have a few more.
The first real proof of quality came when a large vessel passed by my mooring. This would usually result in big surges & heavy shock loads on my cleats. Not anymore!!! The boat just gently moves back and forward, no more squeeking of ropes. I am seriously impressed. Hats off to the makers!!
Oh, yes I have read several testimonials that these things are still in great shape after 20 (!) years!! Now THAT is incredible.
