Product details

The elastic shock absorber made from rubber protects boat and rope. Simply choose the amount of the desired dampening qualities by varying the number of turns of the rope. The special feature of UNIMER's shock absorber is the removable rope-stopper. It also greatly facilitates threading of the rope. The material is UV- and seawater-resistant and suitable for maximum loads.
Available for ropes between 10 to 20 mm.

In use for 2 years without problems
The U-Cleat shock absorber works excellently and is easy to install. I already equipped the bow and stern lines with the shock absorbers two years ago. They're still in great condition, and there are no problems with the salt water. Now I've also retrofitted the spring lines with the shock absorbers.

Very easy to assemble.
