In use for 2 years without problems
The U-Cleat shock absorber works excellently and is easy to install. I already equipped the bow and stern lines with the shock absorbers two years ago. They're still in great condition, and there are no problems with the salt water. Now I've also retrofitted the spring lines with the shock absorbers.
