Very satisfied despite missing plastic ring
A bellows was included as part of a large delivery, but unfortunately the plastic fastening ring was missing. A quick call, case solved, delivered 1 day later. Otherwise always fast, best customer service. And SVB still has one of the best catalogues in paper form. It's just easier to browse through.
