CAN PLASTIC Waste Tanks

Hallo, der Tank geht gut einzubauen weil mit den Anschlüssen flexibel ist.

Very stable quality, easy processability to bring in the connections. Pleasantly large inspection opening, in order to screw all necessary connections also. In contrast to the description were in the tank already contained some connections for 38 mm (2x) and 16 mm (1x) is positive, but then I could save the purchase of 2 x 38 mm connections. The beads on the front make it easy to "buckle up".

Product details

Thick-walled, odour-resistant plastic made holding tanksfor vertical installation above the waterline. With a 155 mm control-opening. Connectors for inlet, outlet and vent pipes are not installed by default. They can be mounted quickly with the matching fittings. The tanks are available in different sizes.

In addition to the tank, you also need a 1½" extraction pipe (38 mm Ø, 1000 mm length (can be shortened) and a thru-hull. Here are some examples: to install a classic pump toilet, a 1½" thru hull is required. For a toilet with macerator, a 1" thru-hull is required. Matching tank vent fittings with corresponding diameters can be found in our catalog.

Note: For each tank in this product line, we include: 2 x 1 1/2 thru-hulls with 38 mm hose connection and 1 x 3/4 inch thru-hull with a 19 mm hose connection and the appropriate gaskets. A mounting bracket / strap is sold separately.

CAN waste tank

Very fast delivery.

Unfortunately, the tank surfaces are very uneven and even warped.

This makes it difficult to install fittings. The tank won't seal properly with just regular rubber gaskets. Silicone is unsuitable. I used Pantera PU sealant and am waiting to see how it goes.

I wasn't able to use the additional tank cap.

Assessment of the suction tube: In contrast to the excellent tank, the suction tube is rather inconsistent quality. What a perforated cork seal in the tank interior of the waste water tank, I do not understand. The perforated Aufschraubring makes no sense, because you can not screw in the tank ... So another (rubber) seal had her, screwing is of course also with the perforated Aufschraubringmutter. It must then be pushed over the sealing compound between the black tube and white Kunststoffabsauganschluss. This pushes the much too thick applied sealant, what the pipe easily dissolves. Therefore only 2 stars.

Very disappointed with this product and with the brand, I do not recommend

Very difficult to connect fittings or hull fittings because the interior has very irregular surfaces. This is a big problem because it causes leaks. Provide a good dose of silicon to remedy this.
