- How to store inflatable boats correctly? -

Rubber dinghies should be stored in a dry and airy place and not exposed to direct sunlight in order to preserve their colour as long as possible and not become porous. When storing inflatable boats, no heavy or sharp-edged objects should be placed on the boat to avoid damage. If the boat is left unused outside for a longer period of time, it should be protected with a tarpaulin. Weather, air pollution and UV radiation, especially in areas with strong sunlight, cause ageing and material fatigue. For inflatable boat storage in the winter, it is essential that the inflatable boat is completely dry to prevent mould and damage.

Transporting inflatable boats

To move an inflatable boat into the water, a wheel assembly can be used on which the inflatable boat can be placed. Alternatively, launching wheels for inflatable boats are available, which are bolted to the stern and can be easily folded away when not in use.
