mounting plug Exactly the right thing if you don't want to drill such a large hole for a whole connector. The hole in the size of the cable is enough.

No nonsens, good quality plug and socket. Time will tell about UV-degradation (boat in Medierranean) but so far so good and if it will show up you have to renew it after a couple of years the price is still attractive.

Angled connector

The meaning of its installation is to be able to have a cable independent of the boat that until now was a fixed installation.
