Proven abrasion protection
I have had good experiences with this chafing protection, my mooring lines are reliably protected against chafing. After three years, the protection had to be renewed. As with many boat accessories, one can certainly be divided about the price-performance ratio.

The chafing protection is quite easy to attach to the mooring lines and has so far made a robust impression, the lines seem to be effectively protected. Whether a couple of narrow, robust plastic sheets, covered with some Velcro tape, justify the price, I would like to leave that open.
