Good support The cartridge was ordered as a spare and has therefore not yet been used. Delivery was very quick and well-packaged on the second attempt. (The first attempt was due to a communication problem with the logistics company). SVB provided excellent assistance and quickly arranged for a replacement shipment. The quality appears to be equivalent to the installed cartridge. No discernible difference is visible!
