I am happy to give this rating for all orders from the last few months. Service, delivery, arrangements and complaint handling by SVB have been excellent in the last few months. With the number of items we have bought here, thanks to good advice, things can go wrong. The only thing that matters is how they react and this is where you can measure the service mentality - grade 1.

Perhaps the following opinion specifically about the books. You don't have to have them, the nautical charts provide all the necessary information. But if you want more information, maybe a few tips on planning a trip, the area around the ports, sights and information about the ports themselves - supplies, condition of sanitary facilities etc. etc. - then I can recommend these books, I have since gradually bought all the books in this series. TOP!

The guidebook could be viewed, reviewed, and purchased over the counter in the Kiel store, without the hassle of a laborious online order. Very good.

The guidebook is a valuable aid for our tours; the purchase was well worth it.
