vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, wir arbeiten stetig daran unseren Service zu verbessern und wir bedauern Ihre Erfahrung mit der Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens vom 08. September 2024. Bedingt durch die Wartungsarbeiten vom 18. bis 26. September an unserem Server, konnte Ihr Anliegen erst heute final gelöst werden.
Die ursprüngliche Fragestellung war zunächst eine ganz Andere und hier sind wir in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hersteller immer umgehend mit Ihnen in Kontakt gewesen. Erst etwas später stellte sich heraus, dass es sich hier tatsächlich um eine Reklamation handelte.
