Note on the durability of gas hoses
The production date and standard are printed on the gas hose. Refer to the date on the label for the respective lifespan.
I would like to replace the hose connecting the oven with the copper pipe on the boat. Which connections do I need in either end please? Pipe socket on one end and a union nut on the other ? Or something else. Many thanks
Dear Tevfik, the oven has a copper pipe, too. So you will need a Gas Hose with Cutting Ring on Both Sides -#36580#- and Cutting Rings: -#36619#-. Please check the diameter of your pipe. usually it is 8mm, but sometimes, it is 10mm. Yours SVB-team.
EAN 4045659092590 As the gaz hose is to be replaced in 6 years, does your article come with date on it?
Only the year of production is printed ( not date) and in addition to the physically printed year of production - the hose carries a yellow tag with expiry year i.e. "time to replace before" information e.g. EU 10 years, GER 6 years, IT-GR-NL-ES...etc ,...5 years ( various countries have various standards)
