There is only minimal heated air from the condenser out of the box blown out by the fan. The surrounding area is not heated unnecessarily by the box when, In the summer it is already warm in the tent or caravan. The operation of the box is simple. With "SET" you can jump through 3 menus where the setpoint temperature, display in C or F as well as the level of the battery-protection can be adjusted with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons. Whether the battery protection functioned I did not try, because in my car is not relevant, because unfortunately only voltage while the engine is running at the car sockets.
