Customer service not up to par
Given that the product purchased fully met my expectations, not so much the SVB organization. In fact, I had made an order and the same the next day I realized I wanted to insert another product on the same shipment and I was denied. Mistakenly then I ordered 4 pieces rather than 2, I called immediately after and also in this case I was refused to change the order by proposing to send the package back and redo the order.
