Satisfied Autopilot control display, essential if you want to do something complete and well done while maintaining control of the autopilot itself. It is not 'necessary' as from the Garmin plotters you can still control the autopilot, in reality I find it essential to have a specific control that only commands the autopilot because in case of need everything is ready and at hand, while on the Garmin display it is more laborious and less immediate. command installed both on the internal station and on the flybridge.

Garmin's high-quality GHC50 display has a 5" high-resolution touchscreen and an easy-to-use user interface that allows you to control your course with a single touch. The GHC50 communicates with the autopilot via the NMEA 2000 network, so heading data and settings can be conveniently shared with a compatible chartplotter, multifunction display and other onboard devices. The GHC50 autopilot controller is compatible with all GHP Reactor autopilots (e.g. Reactor 40) and with selected quatix smartwatches. Furthermore, the display can be linked to a wired or wireless remote control for even more versatility.
