It's all ok! hey, everything is fine with the products. However, the DHL delivery service can be improved. The delivery went to Sweden. DHL tried the delivery without prior notice to my home in Älmhult, which of course did not work right away. It would be good if DHL offered a local pick-up point. The deposit could then be specified when ordering. At the moment for me as the end customer there is only the possibility to drive to the regional warehouse 65km away or to wait at home (delivery window approx. 4 hours). Many greetings Andreas

Product details

This sheet rope feels good in the hand and has great grip. It's the perfect rope for working with manually over long periods of time. The core consists of high-strength, 12x braided polyester, and it has a polyester staple fibre sheath. With hot knife-cut ends. Colour: Blue.

Cleaning ropes
Please note the following when cleaning/washing polyester and Dyneema ropes:

  • Hand wash (SVB recommendation):
    • Place the rope in a large bucket or bathtub and fill with warm water.
    • Clean the rope thoroughly with your hands.
    • Do not use regular detergent (you can find a possible alternative here).
    • Do not use fabric softener.
    • Then wash the rope with clean water.
  • Washing machine:
    • Only wash rope in a cotton bag.
    • Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees.
    • Do not use regular detergent (you can find a possible alternative here).
    • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Do not tumble dry the rope.
    • After washing, allow the ropes to drip dry (protected from UV radiation).

Although this sheet appears in the section "Halyards and pre-spliced sheets", and is described as such in its characteristics ("ADRIA pre-spliced sheet"), it is not a pre-spliced sheet!
So, thinking you are ordering a pre-spliced sheet, you will receive a 10m piece cut by heating at both ends!

I use this 10mm. Adria as reef for the Mainsail. I been using same type of rope as halyard and it is OK!
