Product details
Abrasion-resistant, non-kinking, made from high quality polyester Bavaria mooring rope. Colour: black / white. Ready to use. One end with spliced eye (about 40 cm), the other end is cut hot. Complete with integrated mooring compensator.
The length refers to the total length of the rope. The integrated mooring compensator accounts for a line loss of approx. 30 cm in length.

Number of mooring lines
Ideally, a boat is secured with four mooring lines.
The stern line is attached to the stern of the boat to maintain a constant distance between the boat and the mooring. The bow line serves exactly the same purpose. The two springs prevent the boat from drifting forwards and backwards. The springs are particularly important in waters with high and low tides or in waters with strong currents.
Cleaning ropes
Please note the following when cleaning/washing in the washing machine:
- Only wash rope in a cotton bag.
- Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees.
- Do not use regular detergent (you can find a possible alternative here).
- Polyamide must not be machine washed.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Do not tumble dry the rope.
