This high quality mooring line is suitable for tough demands and offers the best of two worlds in a single mooring line: Highly elastic, stabilized 12-strands polyamide core protected by a robust polyester cover with GeoGard N Finish. The flexible, plaited cover made of polyester guarantees the best possible grip. Available with different diameters.

Number of mooring lines

Ideally, a boat is secured with four mooring lines.
The stern line is attached to the stern of the boat to maintain a constant distance between the boat and the mooring. The bow line serves exactly the same purpose. The two springs prevent the boat from drifting forwards and backwards. The springs are particularly important in waters with high and low tides or in waters with strong currents.


Cleaning ropes
Please note the following when cleaning/washing in the washing machine:

  • Only wash rope in a cotton bag.
  • Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees.
  • Do not use regular detergent (you can find a possible alternative here).
  • Polyamide must not be machine washed.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Do not tumble dry the rope.
