Product details
Floating towline and spring mooring line made entirely from high-quality GeoProp. Ready for use with a spliced eye of about 50 cm Ø, the other end is whipped. Available in different rope Ø and lengths.

Number of mooring lines
Ideally, a boat is secured with four mooring lines.
The stern line is attached to the stern of the boat to maintain a constant distance between the boat and the mooring. The bow line serves exactly the same purpose. The two springs prevent the boat from drifting forwards and backwards. The springs are particularly important in waters with high and low tides or in waters with strong currents.
Cleaning ropes
Please note the following when cleaning/washing polyamide and polypropylene ropes:
- Do not machine wash.
- Do not tumble dry the rope.
- Only wash ropes in a bathtub (only with lukewarm water) and then allow the ropes to drip dry (protected from UV radiation).
- Do not use regular detergent (you can find a possible alternative here).
