Product details

The power pack for the longest life. Unrivalled in weather resistance, abrasion resistance and durability, this mooring line is designed for the toughest applications. Ideal for use as an anchor line due to its high weight.

Features:

3-strand twisted construction
Polyester fibre with goot abrasion resistance and UV stability
Ideal as a mooring, spring or anchor line
Resistance to light of the black version particularly high
Available in different diameters

Number of mooring lines:

Ideally, a boat is secured with four mooring lines.
The stern line is attached to the stern of the boat to maintain a constant distance between the boat and the mooring. The bow line serves exactly the same purpose. The two springs prevent the boat from drifting forwards and backwards. The springs are particularly important in waters with high and low tides or in waters with strong currents.

Cleaning ropes
Please note the following when cleaning/washing in the washing machine:

Only wash rope in a cotton bag.
Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees.
Do not use regular detergent (you can find a possible alternative here).
Polyamide must not be machine washed.
Do not use fabric softener.
Do not tumble dry the rope.

“Does” what it promises

Sits well in the hand and can be spliced. Even after the century storm flood October 2023 on the Baltic Sea, the 16mm mooring line held the 6 t. SY at the berth.
Very resistant to chafing!
