The heating element was easy to replace within a few minutes. The set contains all the seals required for this, which are sometimes not included with other products. Tip: To loosen the heating element, have a 55 mm socket from the truck sector ready, as ring and open-end wrenches are not suitable for loosening it (recessed installation)

Normally yes, but compare the power data. You can get 500 W (item 40132), 800 W (17827) and this one, 1200 W (40131). The suitable thermostat is 35978. The heating elements are supplied with a gasket. A single gasket is 40130.
