Hempel's Silic One Tiecoat is a high solid, silicone based, moisture curing tie coat for Hempel's Silic One Fouling Release. The primer ensures adhesion between Hempel's Light Primer or Hempel's Conversion Primer and the fouling release Hempel Silic One.
Suitable for all substrates except wood.

Use
To ensure optimal adhesion, the surface of your boat must first be primed. To do this, use 2-K Light Primer or 2-K Conversion Primer. Then apply a layer of Silic One Tiecoat.
Flat brushes or fur rollers are ideal for applying primer and top coat.
