What are these brushes used for 9n Lofrans 3.5. Do I need them for new install ?

Dear Gerrit, please keep in mind that the kit we provide for the 3.5kW 24V motor is different from the kit for 2.5kW 24W motor. For a new installation the brush kit is not necessary, however it is recommended to have a kit available for motor maintenance, after some years of operation.
