Wrong part no real follow up

I ordered the part online, there were no options for the part, the part arrived and is slightly different in that it has a bolt through the centre and a spring loaded locking pin in the side. I emailed to find a solution, 4 weeks and two emails later still no solution Im out of pocket and still have a broken windlass
