NASA's innovative electromagnetic log sensor gives you precise information about speed, distance travelled and other journey data. One of its special features is that speed is not measured by a paddle wheel, but by an alternating magnetic field.
The sensor is robust and accurate. It generates an alternating magnetic field below the boat and measures the resulting electric field generated by the speed of the boat. The included control box converts the sensor signal and sends the data to the display.
Supplied with log sensor, Target series display and converter.
