hi, I have the NSS EVo 3s plotter from Simrad and would like to purchase charts covering the med from Spain to Greece, including S of France and Tunisia. What are the best charts for accuracy and detail you have to offer? Will Navionics+ Mediterranean & Black Sea 43XG work in the Simrad plotter? Thank you

Hi Antares, we can recommend the Navionics+ charts. They will work fine with your Simrad NSS evo3S. Please make sure you choose the SD-MicroSD module.

I bought Navionics+ Mediterranean & Black Sea 43XG and a axiom 12 pro 2 weeks ago. When I start up the charts I get the message that my Navionics subscription have expired. Is not 1 year subscription included in the purchase? Kind regards Patrik

Dear Sir/Madam, When I get the Navionics+ Mediterranean & Black Sea / 43XG / NAEU643L / Large is it required any registration or download from Navionics.com? Will it work when I insert the chart in my chart plotter (B&G directly? I think it is not needed any subscription, please confirm. Thanks&Regards Altan Katikci

Dear customer, as long as you plotter is compatible with the chart, it is plug and play from the SD card.

Asking for help with installation/activation: The only detailed (more or less) instruction I could find is an official Garmin video, showing how to "activate" the card via Active Captain app on my mobile device. However, it shows the card (inserted in my plotter) has to be formatted during the "activation", and then the charts I'm subscribed for need to be downloaded from the app. This doesn't make much sense and gets me puzzled as 1) whether I will suddenly see an active subscription (which I don't now) after formatting the card, 2) why would I need downloading the charts I've just purchased on a card... Any help or advise will be much appreciated.

Hello Boris, this card is not a "Garmin" Card. This Cards are made by the manufacturer "Navionics". Navionics got a very good help software for this: https://www.navionics.com/fin/my-card/activate-update // By the end of there site, you are able to choose your language. Your SVB-Team.

Hi SVB-team. I've downloaded the Chart Installer software from Navionics site. Updated the charts (layers) by inserting the card in my PC. The card shows Navionics+, the Garmin support shows it's compatible with 723 plotter. However, when I install the active and updated card in my plotter - it doesn't show any charts except the basemap. What am I still doing wrong please?
