Not suitable for certified cable
This connector has too small wire inserts for certified nmea 2000 cable with large voltage conductors. Connector is specified for industrial automation, not for nmea specs..

Poor overall quality
The replacement of the old Maretron brand with the new Amphenol is a bad choice for the consumer. I use DeviceNet Micro standardized cable (Raymarine) but the cable clamp does not tighten anything more than the cable gland. The poles of the catches are not marked on the notice good luck !!! I found that 1 shield 2 V 3 V- 4 CAN H (white) 5 CAN L (blue) You have been warned!
